One of the most important components for any person to lead a healthy life is - the energy generated by proper digestion of food. All the daily tasks of the person are completed by this energy, which in time determines the physical appearance and mental state of our body.

According to Ayurveda, our body has made up of three Doshas (vata, pitta, kapha) and 7 Dhatus. In these seven dhatus, the first Dhatu called 'Ras' is formed by the digestion of food. This Ras dhatu converts into other dhatus after metabolic processes.

According to Ayurveda, 13 types of fires have been told, which digest this eaten food. The most important of which is 'Digestive fire'. But in today's relaxed lifestyle, there is no fixed time for eating, sleeping and other activities, due to which our tridoshas get aggravated and they slow down our digestive fire (agnimandya) due to which there is no proper digestion of food, consequently a person suffers from many diseases, such as hyperacidity, indigestion, flatulence, sprue syndrome, peptic ulcers, duodenal ulcers, IBS etc.

It has also been said in Ayurveda that all diseases arise from the slow digestive fire (mandagni). 'Ganesha ayurveda' identifies the root cause for such GIT disorders and cures the diseases with the help of ayurvedic medicines( Which brings digestive fire "Jatharagni" in equilibrium), yoga and some changes in life style (prevents the recurrence of disease).
